WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

Due to the fact that these boards are specifically made for each individual customer, there are no returns, refunds or exchanges. For the most part once board selection and payment has been made the process of building the board will begin.

WHICH PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?

At the moment I accept Paypal only. Please contact me for other arrangements.

WHAT IS THE WARRANTY POLICY?

Waterman surfboards are made of wood, which makes them last longer than a normal surfboard. They come with a 60 day warranty on any defects due to the construction of the board.
Even though they are very strong it is still possible to ding, crack or scuff them. None of these situations will be covered under warranty. However if you have any questions in regards to repair or maintenance please let me know.

WHAT SHOULD I DO TO MAKE SURE THE BOARDS LAST?

If you have purchased a Waterman Surfboard and you want to make it last as long as possible you need to take care of it. When travelling cover the board with a bag or sock. When surfing be mindful of rocks, reef etc. Just as you would a regular board. When storing make sure the board is kept in a room temperature setting so the board has a place to dry but not overheat.
